well you would look like a total loser wearing a D2 full face while doing some all mountain riding. That's why I have other helmets for when I ride street and downhill. Never said it was my only helmet haha
TLD made them like this in 2009, its the TLD D2 open face. The helmet is great for everything, especially all mountain riding and dirt jumping. 
I'm 6'1, and yes it is a medium sized frame (17.5 inch frame)
